Executive Project Summary & Contractual Audit

Documented Review of Chronic Non-Delivery across Multiple Verbal Commitments & Written Agreements

Contractual Record
4-Month Extended Timeline:

From April to August 2026, Al-Barakah Marquee provided continuous financial liquidity (over PKR 2.78 Million in direct labour payments) to SBW Engineering. Despite extended timeframes, the 165-ft circular dome was never completed.

Multiple Contractual Frameworks:

The project progressed through initial verbal arrangements, the 28-July Lahore mediation meeting (handwritten notes followed by formal 1-hour agreement delivery), and subsequent operational addendums, all of which SBW failed to fulfill.

Technical Alignment Failure:

Erection started 10 days late on 10 August. Due to severe workshop fabrication defects (misaligned bolt holes and uncertified crane hoisting), SBW struggled for 9 days, permanently bending structural rafters and leaving the structure unfinished.

Neutral Role of Fusion Developers:

Fusion Developers (Saleem Sb & Mian Usman) acted exclusively as honorary facilitators and mediators to assist the parties in resolving technical delays. Fusion holds zero commercial interest, zero financial profit, zero custody of funds, and zero legal or financial liability.
