Work Pause, Labour Wage Settlement & Operative Security Agreement
On 20 August 2026, due to the structural deflection of rafters and lack of progress, the parties agreed to pause work and transition the remaining scope to an alternative vendor.
Al-Barakah disbursed PKR 547,720.00 directly to on-site workers (Txn #38 & #39) to settle outstanding wages and maintain site peace.
A registered E-Stamp paper agreement was executed on 19 August 2026, under which Syed Mazhar issued a refund cheque and pledged vehicle documents as performance and reconciliation security.
